How will I receive a new bouquet?

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Weekly Deliveries will be received on Tuesdays. Bi-Weekly Deliveries will be received every other Tuesday. Monthly Deliveries and Pick Ups are available on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call us any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! Contact us at 770-299-1022, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at 770-299-1022 and we’ll cancel your subscription with a 30 Day Notice.
